    So..apart from the baking soda..don't Change anything else for 4-7 days...I want to get an Idea of what we can do with BS alone..then we'll Tweak it.

    So simple start...half a teaspoon of BS..twice a day only first.

    Am I right thinking that you are in one of the colder parts of Europe..?

    What are your outdoor night temp..?

    You know when our girls PH goes out..first they become deficient in cal/mag then it progresses to lockout..we do the same...:headbang:..at your level you are Probably on lock out for cal and mag..and lots of other stuff inbetween..including your prescription drugs.

    As we get your PH up with the BS your medicines will Probably become more effective..but I'll leave you to guage this...and if you need to consult your own Doc on doseage changes.

    Light and Heat affect PH.

    So Up the light and heat a bit at home....get the lights burning Bright..keep the night temps a bit warmer if possible...:thumbsup:

    Have you had a dose of BS yet..?..

    @Mossy I have no sleep schedule. No eat schedule. I run off caffeine and sweet stuff. One solid meal a day usually. I feel lazy, grumpy, UN motivated, UN healthy.... Borderline depressed.... Help lol

    sounds like you need two things bro. a schedule and a schedule :) LOL

    well a magnesium rub of quality (check out a vendor here that sells excellent stuff or make a cheap spray yourself) and the baking soda therapy. those two are exactly what you need with a meal change too! maybe some vitamins to start and olive leaf extract. those three things will change your life not counting the meals and small life changes to go with that.
