 ok! You want 11 oz or 15 oz? Plain white? Or white with black handle/insides? I can mock it up for ya!

Do you mean ink in general or the mug you got from me? I've upgraded my ink since then... Eventho I have several mugs here at home that I've made for us and we use daily but we don't have a dishwasher... Im the dishwasher:rofl: so the ink on ours is still pristine.
Well, from the custom mugs I've had in the past, the ink (for pics at least) was very fragile, near total fade out in under 6 months... Dishwasher accelerated it even more. But I have no idea about the specifics on those old cheapies, and this was years ago, so I'm hoping the ink now is far better! I don't mind hand washing anyway...
11oz for me, still have the 15'er Mephisto Farm friends one! I want a Farm Friends mouse pad ... but first, we need to get that hare & fag pic to you!

:headbang: oh that mug of @Only1Sky is shweeeeeet!

Oh ok... I see... Well let me explain my process and why it's superior to all others...

Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas state, without passing through the liquid state. Hence sublimation ink. It starts out as as as solid and goes directly to gas without going thru the Liquid state.

Whatever substrate I sublimate on has to be precoated for sublimation. You can't just go to the dollar store or Walmart lol these are ceramic mugs (mostly any substrate can be coated to sublimate on) that are precoated for sublimation. Now also not all precoating is created equally! I use Orca which is the best in our industry. Now on to my ink!

I proudly use American Made Sub Ink! It's made in Tennessee by a family owned Company whose founder has over 40 years experience in the sublimation industry! The ink I use doesn't even need any ICC profiles to work with any programs I have (Photoshop CC, etc), it's that dialed in!!

You can buy a sublimation printer for 4 figures or more or you can do what I did... And buy a inkjet printer you can Modify. I bought a top of the line Epson that I modified with a CIS system to run Sublimation on. It's phenomenal and still expensive but not nearly as expensive as say a Sawgrass...

I use top quality transfer paper. The Sub Ink has to be printed in specialty paper which is very printer specific even after the Mod...

Then I have the two presses. My commercial 16x16 and my Mug Press.

Then there's the flip side which is my rotary blade cutter machine I can cut hundreds of materials with. But I use it for Vinyl mostly.

So there's a little glimpse into The Shop!

:pass: :coffee:

Also forgot to mention. My mugs are Dishwasher & Microwave Safe! If I remember correctly it may have been @iWumbo who had like over 100 runs thru the Dishwasher and still looked brand new

This thread is to showcase all the custom jobs I've done for members here over the last several years. I've done custom member mugs with their Avatars and AFN Logo combos... I've put member's artwork on mugs, Koozies, and Dab Mats... T shirts. etc... So this will be a collection of those jobs!

That was done for a member here who is a medical provider in Canada. His company. Is that something you would want on something?
