I would email them back and state to them, that not only are they shorting you, and removing any desire from using them again, but others are watching in this thread to see how they handle their customer service, which could end up costing them even more business. They dropped mine and mailed them, I did a much larger order, but regardless of order size they should send them. They did initially offer me a 5% off code, then they said they would ship the freebies, and I still got the code to use later, which I did.Heard back from Linda-seeds, got an apology but that's it. They've offered to add the missing freebie seeds to my next order ... but of course that requires me to make another order.
It was a small order, only 20 seeds or so, as such "losing" 2 promised freebies is a 10% loss for me -- this extra 10% makes their "great" prices not so great after all. Plus the promised freebies were FastBuds Green crack which i was actually looking forward to.
I get that these are "just freebies," but as we all know freebies are an industry standard for seed suppliers--as such it's perfectly reasonable to expect to get what we ordered/were promised. I've ordered from Mephisto many, many, times over the years and never once have I been shorted freebies ... indeed, Mephisto do it right by always over exceeding freebie expectations.

Shit I wouldn't care if it was one seed, I still would or email to get a discount for if you ever decide to order again.Thanks Daxxor, in a perfect world I should do that ... but for two seeds it's not worth my effort (or theirs, clearly).
However, I do feel it is worth my effort to report my experience with them here
