Come give us your thoughts; we want to hear from you!
  • We're looking for grower submissions for any autoflowers that they have had tested by a lab or using a home testing device. Welcome all, and thanks for the wealth of knowledge I have learned from so many different people on here. Even though I'm a newbie here, I have been stocking some of y'alls threads for awhile.

I'm tagging some folks I have already met and some I followed for a bit and read journals from that got me prepared for this exciting challenge.
@autobeast @budelee @BigSm0 @Dabber @Vapo @pop22 @Mañ'O'Green @EP3 @St. Tom @islandgrower I hope you guys don't mind the tag and check it out if you have time. Thanks guys!

A little info about myself for everyone I haven't met yet: I'm a seasoned outdoor photo grower. Wanting to transition to autos indoors, I am starting to harvest my first autos that are outdoors. 5 of them were quite small with 1 big girl.

I finally have my long awaited indoor set up ready to roll! I'm looking for a more clean flower without all the dust and pollen sticking to the all the buds I smoke(allergies).

I started my seeds for the first indoor grow two days ago in paper towel with distilled water in a zip lock bag to keep peoper moisture level, in the ol DVD case trick to keep the tap root straight.

20201004_190534.jpg Got one 1inch tap root, and the other is cracked open with a tap root sure to come.

Set up:
-2x4 tent
-2 auto cobs from cobshop (starting with one for seedling stage)
-Also have a mars 1000 (bought it before I knew better) that I might incorporate when in flower
-Seeds are 1 fastbuds green crack and 1 greenhouse seed co jack herer (not sure about green house genetics)
-medium is biobizz light miz
-nutes are megacrop 2 part formula(I want to try a run with just this but will have some cal mag on stand by. I've heard it might be needed with cob/led lights)
-2. 7 gal fabric pots folded down to more like 5 or 4 gallon

Here are some pics of my outdoor auto monster that is almost complete and of my new indoor setup.

If anyone has any advice feel free to shoot away.

Critical purp(not purple, I sure didn't mix the seeds with gorilla glue, no seriously I didn't. Maybe the growerschoice genetics, all current plants in flower)
I love Green Crack.

:pop:

Hi growbro thanks for the tag and I believe you will smash indoor growing as you have so much more control over it and it least your not praying for sunny days

Got some action going on. Jack Herer finally popped up today and the Green Crack showed up yesterday morning.

My humidity is low, this is going to me a constant issue for me.

I have heard of the bucket with a wet towel hanging out of the bucket.
I put a humidity dome over the green crack yesterday but it seemed to do very little. I have never used a humidity dome before.
Question for anyone.... I read to poke holes in the humidity dome. How many and just around the side or a couple holes in the top?

I'm thinking maybe the holes on top let all the moisture out on me.

Dabs of Rosin.
Poke air holes in those domes. Yes wet towels one end in a bucket of water with the fan blowing across it will help. Turn off the exhaust as long as it does not get too hot. 80°F is better for germination.

Thanks for the reply Man! So I assume if I get the humidity up I should take the dome off?
