60 RH 60 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 to 16 days til stems crack like a chip but not break completely. Whole plant hang with none of the leaves chopped off for the slow dry. Dark room. Air circulation. Temp and humidity are both very important. I dry and cure by learning from the Jungle Boys method and also Jeremy from build a soil. I do a whole plant cure then after the dry into big tub to cure for a week or two in the same conditions as your dry area then she's done. The big stems shud snap before you cure or you risk hay tasting and smelling weed. Dry too fast or too much and you get hay also. You want a slow dry and never wet trim. After the tub cure trim/manicure and store in mason jars with boveda 58 humidity pack if they drop to 57 rh or below.
